Wembley Stadium new AV LED Installation
SSUK installed the most eye-catching LED screen at Wembley Stadium’s new front door. The new entrance now features a 424.5 square meter LED façade erected at the venue’s Great Hall and two accompanying 207.9 square meter units flanking the larger LED.
Replacing an earlier installation from 2014, the new screens are the most publicly-visible element of a recently renewed sponsorship agreement between consumer electronics group LG and The Football Association. LG have been a partner of both the England team and Wembley Stadium since 2017 and SSUK has been delighted to be the chosen installation partner for most of that time.

While the LED façade at the front door does the big branding on event days, SSUK also installed a 32m x 2m “letterbox” LED screen which provides effective crowd messaging and wayfinding. In addition there was 5 more locations which received LED screens each measuring 8m x 1m. These are used for wayfinding and contribute to a positive fan experience.
This latest tranche of LED installs further complements the high number of commercial display screens installed by SSUK within the concourse, kiosk and hospitality areas of the stadium.
