East Ayrshire Council’s Interactive Touchscreens Install
The supply and installation several hundred of Promethean interactive touchscreens across East Ayrshire Council’s primary and secondary schools.
Embarking on this roll-out we liaised closely with the client representative and stakeholders including Head Teachers, facilities management and Council IT staff to survey, specify, quote, install and deliver training on new, height-adjustable Promethean interactive touchscreens.
Taking care to plan our installations to minimise disruption to the schools we carried out installations during holidays, out of hours and in tight time-slots when classrooms were free. Following a tight sign-off procedure we worked closely with the client and their IT team to ensure any issues with the new technology and integration to their IT systems were quickly resolved. We delivered and continue to deliver a comprehensive training regime.
